Return & Exchange Policy

At Adopt Ragdolls, your satisfaction and the well-being of our kittens are our top priority. We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, applicable to customers in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, and Germany.

Processing time is 10 days with 20% restocking fee.

Returns

We only accept returns for defective kittens/products. If you believe your kitten has a health or genetic issue covered under our agreement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. All terms and conditions are fully discussed and agreed upon prior to adoption.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you are eligible for an exchange, we will work with you to find the best available option based on our policies and kitten availability.
